Please include the calculator or guide name, what you expected, and the official source you believe is correct (e.g. a GOV.UK link). We cannot give personal financial or tax advice, but we do review reported errors when updating our methodology and rates.
What we can and cannot help with
- We can help with: calculator bugs, outdated rates, unclear wording, broken links and general site feedback.
- We cannot help with: personal tax, benefits or debt cases. For that, use our resources page to find free UK help from Citizens Advice, MoneyHelper, StepChange and others.
