- £14 × 37.5 hours = £525 a week.

Turning an hourly rate into an annual salary
To convert an hourly rate to an annual salary, multiply your hourly pay by the hours you work each week, then by the number of weeks you work in a year (commonly 52). Part-time and term-time roles will be lower.
Remember this is gross pay. Income tax, National Insurance, pension and any student loan are deducted from it, so your take-home will be lower than the headline figure.
